It is with great joy and a heart full of gratitude that we write to you, as we celebrate a momentous milestone in our community’s journey—our 80th Anniversary! This special year is an opportunity for all of us to reflect on the incredible path that has brought us here, rejoice in the bright future we are building, and unite in the faith that has sustained us for eight decades. Our theme for this celebration, “Reflecting on Our Journey, Rejoicing in Our Future—United in Faith for 80 Years,” beautifully captures the spirit of this historic occasion.

Since 1945, Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church has been a beacon of faith, hope, and love in our community. We are all thrilled to celebrate with all of you; sharing these gifts that have defined Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church. We are proud to introduce our 80th Anniversary logo and schedule of events, which symbolize the enduring legacy of our church—a legacy forged by faith, dedication, and the tireless efforts of those who came before us.

Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church began with a building that was thoughtfully transformed to meet the spiritual needs of our growing Orthodox community. Our forefathers, with extraordinary courage and unshakable faith, envisioned and worked to shape this space into the thriving church community we are blessed to call home today. Through sacrifice, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to God, they established not only the physical structure of our church but also the spiritual heart of our community.Their legacy is a profound reminder of what faith can achieve. They labored not for their own reward, but for the generations yet to come—their children, grandchildren, and all who would one day walk through the doors of Saint Nicholas Church. We stand in awe of their strength and vision, honoring their sacrifices with gratitude and reverence. As we celebrate this milestone, let us ensure their spirit lives on in our own dedication to building a vibrant future for this sacred community.

Today, Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church is the spiritual home for over 400 parishioners and families—a testament to God’s work among us, the unwavering faith of our community, and the countless hours of dedication, talent, and generosity that so many of you have poured into making this church what it is today. At the same time, we recognize and celebrate the faith and commitment of each one of you who continue to serve, support, and enrich our church family.
