St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church posts, events, groups and posts are church-sponsored and managed places to connect and engage with parishioners on topics and issues that relate to and further the church’s initiatives, programs, and culture. These communities can be a place for exchanging ideas and storytelling.
The following guidelines have been developed to help ensure that these values are practiced and respected. St. Nicholas reserves the right at all times, in its sole discretion without notice, to remove individual posts or entire threads, suspend participant posting rights, or take any other actions in regard to managing the posts, groups, and events.
Comments identified as contrary to the expectations in this guideline will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be addressed as appropriate. Remediation steps may include freezing a comment chain, deleting comments or threads, removal from the platform and corrective action developing on the individual circumstance.
We encourage you to comment and interact respectfully in our posts, events, and groups, as we want to build a positive and supportive online community. We welcome questions and comments, including healthy debate and expression of opinions, contrastive feedback, and suggestions, but please stay on topic and be respectful in what you post.
